Once again Toodles, you are correct. Warren Buffett is famous for saying "buy when there is blood in the streets." That does not mean buying everything (although when prices are so low one can pretty much buy nearly everything one sees), but it does mean one should buy what one perceives to be the companies best situated to quickly recover or even thrive during times like these.
