its only when the dividend was delayed, by the actions of some immoral partners....did Joe commit to saying that everything is waiting on the payment of the dividends....to most accounts the dividend was not really fully paid till the end of Feb....i did not receive mine till the 28, a Friday....then covid19 hits the stage.....that they were able to do the form 10 in such a short time under all these pressures is huge.....give them credit.....in less than a week and a half....they did it....and more to come.....add a bonus deal with China....
they have done more than what they said they will do in such a short time.....and more is coming....
