Hi doc,
I did exchange emails with Todd about this. Just a couple of weeks ago, right after I noticed that once again have not received the NGIO dividend shares and he replied that I should not worry about it, as long as NGIO is not a publicly traded company, it might be difficult to distribute these placeholder share markers to all over the world. As long as I actually have received the GNBT dividends, everything should be fine in regards to being on the list of eligible shareholders.
So I will give it the required time until NGIO will be listed on Nasdaq and should I have not received NGIO shares by then, I will become active and step on the appropriate people's toes.
