I know of a smallish oil/gas operator that I would do back flips on if I hear they go under. Some of these local/regionals operate with almost total impunity at the state levels from bought and paid for legislation. They are screwing land owners with held by production wells on leases written from heaven to hell on the geology strata. The EPA and environment are the only big stick for the landowner and I swing it at their heads every chance I get. F'm
