Just adding up my thoughts,
The whole market is collapsing and the sellers of stock all over do not have any place to park the money.
One would think that the financial institutions as well have lots of cash in hand with treasuries paying less than 1% interest.
So, liquidity will not be an issue. Credibility is the key. We need FDA to tell the rest of the world: "Hey, these guys are for real and therefore we are granting BTD".
