This is the problem with what Joe keeps doing. He said the S-1 was getting filed 2 weeks ago. Now, it's May or later. We find out a Form 10 had to be filed first and it's getting filed today, 2 weeks after his announcement that the S-1 was going to be filed before on NGIO.
And add to the fact that he stated NGIO would be listed by April timeframe as well.
Trust issues on statements. Funding issues.
