it is a revealing lack of logic to note that a decade old embedded *effort* that illegally manipulated an OTC target for the same time frame would be *way down the list* re: impact specific to target's ability to execute
with that said with Circuit Breakers triggered 2x today
what it always comes down to is that which actual investors control
it is simple ..
actual P2O investors .. can hold .. can sell or they can buy
what will be worth noting for some actual investors is the holders of record for 2019
that *consistency* has been remarkable since P2O was wrested back in 2013
and ironically it is what is ignored to suit by embeds because of what it reveals
