Some initial thoughts
1) AMEN! Something material.
2) if I understand correctly, timeline for NGIO - Form 10 is effective May 12 +/- 60 days, then S1, then listing
3) based on this timeline I’d guess NGIO will list end of July - end of FY
4) Use of Merck Keytruda registered trademark should remove any doubt that that trial is real.
5) NGIO “growth and acquisition strategy” suggests to me that NGIO plan is not to be an acquisition target itself.
6) bladder cancer and additional cancer indications
7) finally initiating discussions with US and Canada
