So, he was not being honest then when he said they would be filing the S-1 that week. Then my question would be, why did he even make the statement they would file the S-1 if there was no way they could do it that week?

This is a problem with Joe and Generex. For the last 8 or 9 months now, it has been double talk over and over. Timelines never met. Everything pushed back. Delay after delay. Commitments never met.

And now this. Possibly May now for NGIO to get listed at least.

This is really getting old with the way Joe plays this game.
