Rhetorical question - Wonder how the 12 bio-labs divided up the workload of drugs to study for corona and who made the decision as to what lab got which drug to study?

Hope we got one of the best labs as opposed to one that is so-so (if there is indeed any difference between labs). It will obviously be a feather in the cap of the lab that can come up with a decent solution, or partial solution, so one would expect most labs would have vied for doing Brilacidin.
