I have to agree with Msowid, I don't expect Joe to spend $4500 for a PR to say they received the $1 million up front payment. That would be ho hum and not move the pps. Are we forgetting how wonderful it is that they quickly got the contract with China in the first place? As far as the test kits, that would be nice, but it is a crowded market and maybe they wouldn't even be that lucrative. There are probably bigger fish to fry right now. I don't see that minor PRs have ever moved this stock much.
