BEND, Ore., June 12, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- U.S. Rare Earth Minerals, Inc. (OTCQB:USMN) announced today that the company has entered into a Distribution Agreement with Willamette Valley Vineyard Services of Sherwood, Oregon to distribute its line of EXCELERITE™ products in Oregon. "The decision to partner with U.S. Rare Earth Minerals Inc. was based on our test, conducted on 200,000 vines at our nursery division," stated Steve Shore, Operations Manager. "We used ½ lb. per plant on 25 acres and the results have been amazing. The EXCELERITE® treated plants advanced 80% over the non-treated plants over a two-month period. Dennis Cullison, President of USMN, stated, "This new ten-year distribution agreement calls for a minimum of $322,000 in EXCELERITE® purchases over the next three years. It also gives us the opportunity to penetrate Oregon's thriving viticulture industry."
