I work in for a major university hospital in Long Island NY. I have made suggestions when I can and will continue to do so. Many of my colleagues are aware of NP and Leronlimab bc of my rants for awhile now. Unfortunately right now all clinical voices are mute in the ears of admins just looking to keep us afloat in the coming days to wks. We need money and resources stat and my job is clinical.
