To the poster who somewhat inexplicably has me on ignore:
To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to find correspondence between the FDA and a pharmaceutical company. Even the site you referenced is in relation to known dates and deadlines, such as PDUFA dates, and wouldn't have information like that which we would all like to have for this company.
In short, you're buying what NP is selling. On the other hand, if you're seriously concerned that the CEO would outright lie (rather than lie by omission, or play a little fast and loose with estimates), then I'd suggest you reevaluate your position here entirely. I'm not being flippant or snarky when I say that. It's an honest conversation I've had to have with myself several times on this ride, unfortunately.
