What I meant to say in my first reply was that the while it's obvious that shorters are flippers, most penny stock flippers are not shorters. They are two distinctly different types of flipper, especially when naked shorting is applied. It won't matter anymore once the financial reports grab the interest of larger buy and hold investors, and I believe that's coming up much sooner than many think it is.
