It seems that today's buys are almost risk free and have the possibility of huge gains. I guess time will tell. Hopefully, this planned appearance by the ONCI CEO actually happens and is a positive experience for the company and shareholders.

We are still faced with the reality that people don't want to put their phones down - even when they're driving. That's why new laws and insurance company involvement are key to ONCI future success. These actions could make continued cell use while driving a legal issue and cost them money with their insurance carrier - either in the form of higher premiums/penalties or missing out on potential discounts.

I know we all agree that it is time to discontinue this form of distracted driving.
