Same here. People with symptoms have been turned away from ERs multiple times, told they can only be tested if they can name someone who has tested positive whom they were in contact with.

A dude in Venice CA (few miles from me) was hospitalized and his wife sent home and told to go about her life -- no test.

#1 problem is lack of tests.
