Bottom Line: Leronlimab is an unapproved drug attempting time treat a new indication.
The process, I imagine, would be quicker with an approved medication. The virus appears to be spreading around the world so I don’t think there’ll be a shortage of potential trial candidates, but we have to get the drug to this patients in a country that a trial is improved in.
