It's now officially a pandemic, just like public health officials have been saying for weeks.
WHO says they didn't declare it earlier because they didn't want to "create panic."
Oh yeah? So it's better to let people spread it, thinking "it's not here yet" instead of being more careful.
Was just at the store. Some ****ing moron was there coughing loudly, obviously with lungs full of mucus, and then talks loudly to the clerk, so stuffed up she's obviously very ill -- and very contagious.
They should be able to arrest people like that, for assault. And also for being so stupid.
By the way, this was at a store that DELIVERS so there was NO excuse for going out and exposing people.
