They did file 2 8-K's last January and February stating that the struck oil. The GOB shut them down and everything has had to go through the GOB ever since. The GOB will not let them say anything about being on the side or the center until they prove it with more wells. IMO TECO's hands are tied until they drill the rest of the wells.
