Interesting approach. Someone fills out an online questionnaire, then obviously someone evaluates the responses on that questionnaire, then someone requests a testing kit, it’s delivered to the resident within two hours, then sent back to the lab. How long for it to get back to the lab? The results are available in 1-2 days, after which the local health officials notify those who are positive, who may already be in a body bag by then. What about those who submit samples and aren’t notified? What anxiety will they go through, as there’s no mention of them being notified of not being infected. How in the world did Bill Gates become so wealthy?
