LabCorp and Quest have begun nationwide coronavirus testing prior to FDA review, yes. But, "Granted Rights"? They have been given the go-ahead to start testing, yes, but that does not exclude other companies from developing a better testing method.
It's hard for me to believe a guy who says he owns shares, yet continues to bash the company. Not only that, you are throwing false information around like you're some sort of expert. I'm skeptical.
