Besides Brilacidin, which of the 5 other drugs in Phase 2+ (Favipiravir, Rintatolimod, ASC-09+ritonavir, Remdesivir and BDB-1) have:
1- Anti-inflammatory properties for treatment like Brilacidin?
2- BOTH anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties that Brilacidin has shown to have?
I hope that at least the interested University will also take a look at Brilacidin for all of the other characteristics that defensins are known to have: anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-biofilm, and chemoattraction.
That would paint a really good picture for all interested parties!
