I am not Maui or Red, but I will offer my opinion for what it’s worth. The recent 8k about the private placement said it was for a total of 5mil shares, yet they only sold 2.8mil shares as of the date of the 8k. My opinion is they sold most if not all of the remaining amounts in Malaysia and/or Singapore.

2.2mil shares x $1.20 per share = $2.6mil
