Not really. Based on their previous reports I read, the $1.50 was based only on combo HIV sales for part of 2020 with a 80% DCF. He follows the company close, but I don't understand the $1.50 price target or why no other indication is included with large DCFs. My guess is it is just a 'cover your ass' type price for an OTC stock.
