ADHC - stock to watch

Though it seems that this one is not getting up today, I think there's a lot more to ADHC than we see. This year they'll focus on mHealth which will sure lead them to new highs. My guess is, this offer now is the best we can get for getting in, and ADHC will make its move very soon and upgrade the pps level.
