It would seem to me since the announcement last Friday stated that our shareholder meeting to be held on "May 27, 2020 then I feel any Corporation amendments are completed and all Auditing has been completed just waiting to be filed. I believe it is important to state that our BOD may have applied the rules of the Proxy from our TA -Transfer Agency.
