While younger people are less at risk they should very much be aware they’ve got (grand)parents they love and that choices younger people make about going out do effect not as much themselves but mostly their loved ones.
I very much doubt there is enough awareness. Not panicking, but people in general should avoid unnecessary gatherings with others for the time being.
