What does this pattern mean? That Chan is diluting DSS for cash to be spent acquiring positions in other companies?
DSS does own 7% of Singapore eDevelopment Limited - 40V.SI - headed by Chan, which, in turn, is owned by Hengfai Business Development PTE, of which the CEO is also Chan.
A division of SED works in the biomedical field, so if they're finishing up work on a coronavirus vaccine, we should be in relatively good shape.
