My hope is that they have something that is of value to add/change in the S-1 for NGIO, so they are making those changes so the market will actually support the IPO instead of yawning and watching the price drop.
If that's the case, another week or so is worth it. This is THE key to getting the cogs turning, so they need to execute well on this one.
