I forgot to add the last part they sent:
We are not haphazardly working toward getting just a newly listed publicly traded company up and trading just to put added stock into shareholders hands.
We continue to build value within NuGenerex ImmunoOncology so when it does commence trading the marketplace & shareholders will realize the value.
So, no idea what the delay is. What concerns me is that they are once again silent after putting out the PR stating they would be putting in the S-1 and we have to go find out what the heck is going on with the company AGAIN. It's like, the shareholders seem to always have to find out what's up with the company because they are not forthcoming themselves after initially providing plans on what they are going to do and then not following through.
