Ok, so I sent an email to Generex about the NGIO S-1 and why it has not been filed this week yet.
The response I got back was that it is almost completed to be submitted for regulatory review and approval. Their hope is to get it completed and filed ASAP, but many things are happening at this point (now this week), which could affect that as well.
This really concerns me, because they have had a lot of time to get everything together concerning NGIO. Joe made the statement, it would be filed this week. Now, it might be pushed out (again), which could very well delay NGIO getting listed.
