Actually very true , except if parents also have a symptoms of mild cold , as most patients do...or no symptoms at all..

There are few patients now in USA from this boat from Japan , positive test for COVID -19 and almost no symptoms..or no symptoms at all ...

They waiting with them to have 2 consecutive negative tests , before discharging to community..

I saw interview with couple off them , they completely asymtomatic ...but in isolation because of the test....since they might be contagious to others..
