I don't think they are "disinterested" in uplisting, they are just NOWHERE near that possibility at this time. Not even close to being able to think about it in the near future, given their lack of funds in the bank, but if I recall correctly, NP did mention something about having the paperwork for NYSE ready to go when the time comes.

Buyout? Far too early to really entertain a meaningful offer, and with potential BTD (several?) not too far off, the value of CYDY would increase exponentially, so as NP said, he is not really interested in BO offers just yet, as they would likely be nowhere near the vast potential that CYDY has.
