Federal government buying millions of test kits, either we have them to sell or we we don't. If I'm not mistaken, NGIO stated they had the ability to to react to changes in the virus. So it's a matter of connecting the dots. Working on a vaccine should help in coming up with a test kit. That would put us in the middle of the whole process.
