there are no guarantees in life .. there never have been
Nulixo's chattiness early on imo was a sign of a private company's naivete
after their *immersion* into NRs' (non retails) *efforts* .. it's no wonder that
they have gone radio silent ..
what will matter to some is when P2O files the 10K (or NT) and what
investors (not traders) show re: holders' certs .. that 450 number has been
remarkably consistent since P2O was wrested back in 2013 .. even if 1 is a CE (DTC)
it would be nice to have an update .. even a generic one out of RH .. of course
whatever is issued .. will be condemned by embeds
that said .. the only aspect that *imo* changes NRs' *efforts* re: PTOI will be P2O's ability to execute ..
that execution has many options .. the most obvious remain .. processing buyers' feedstock and first sale's funds' conveying from buyer to seller
