The Georgia Superior court denied the plaintiffs request for an emergency restraining order. I see no reason to think much of this decision as it was obvious a no brainer that it would be denied. What we need to be concerned about would be the second portion of Quirk's quest which pertains to a preliminary injunction. A hearing, not a trial is set for March 27th to begin this phase.

I would love to see HDC file their 10-K the day before the hearing on March 26, 2020.

For those that may not know the 10-K filing, year ending date would be December 31, 2019.
