I see Verb's advertising too, every day in my Facebook feed, and have been for several months now at least.

Agree: TV commercials and print magazines are the old way to advertise. Besides, this is a web app so makes most sense to advertise on the web, than any other medium. Also TV and print magazines cannot be targeted, on the web ads are definitely targeted, based on criteria the advertiser is looking for. So as you point out, much more efficient, especially when advertising dollars are limited.
