TDA completed my partial IRA to Roth IRA conversion in three business days. I now have only currently worthless NGIO shares in my newly opened TDA Roth IRA with a (hopefully) zero impact to current year income and taxes. TDA also already transferred my IRA from Fidelity, so I'm submitting another partial Roth IRA conversion request for those NGIO shares. FYI - you can "email" the form through the message center in your TDA account (I'm not a big faxing fan).
