I saw that same news yesterday and thought exactly the same thing that it didn't matter since I wasn't expecting the company to realize that money from that scum bag anyway. Lets all focus on the great accomplishments made by the company recently and the bright future for us all soon to be realized and leave that past negative junk behind for good.
