Got to have the S-1 registration for GNBT approved so the "going concern" can be removed from the financials. As far as I know, the S-1 is being reviewed with the dividend having been distributed. Joe previously stated the initial response from the SEC indicate things were in order. My interpretation. Perhaps we will have an update by next week since it will have been 2 weeks.
