Not so worried about the buildings as they can be built better hopefully. And maybe with hemp. It's the crop of hemp. Every hurricane or tropical storm has devastated the crops, with the winds, rain and flooding. That is my concern. But I'm sure they'll do their DD and make sure the pros out way the cons.
