I would think NOT only on advanced patients and here's why...if you're already elderly and have a pre-existing condition that already has you in really bad shape, it could negatively skew the results if you're already that far gone and don't recover. I would think they'd want a nice cross section of individuals who have been diagnosed, some earlier on, some more advanced, for sure. Leronlimab may be amazing, but it may not bring you back from being, as Billy Crystal in The Princess Bride might say, "Mostly dead."
