I have been watching a number of coronavirus play stocks. Hardly any have traded as poorly as Generex. Most of the companies don't have nearly as many irons in the fire as do we. For the most part they are not OTC. Where is Generex's S-1 approval?

It really sucks for NGIO to be still be under Generex. Where is that S-1 filing and spin out/listing news?
