Here is my question then for you. What would you say about the PR that was put out last week that stated they would have the S-1 in this week?
The S-1 I am referring to by the way, is for the NGIO.

As a first step next week, we will be filing an S-1 for the spin out of NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology, with goal of listing directly onto the Nasdaq.
