VERB Live can be used one to one which really isn't a webinar by definition

VERB Live can be used to sell products with integrated shopping which really isn't a webinar either by definition

I see webinars and more training, education, meetings and events, etc.

VERB certainly can be used as a webinar tool and it will, but for me, it's so much more

Just like I wouldn't think of Facebook LIVE, QVC, HSN and others as a webinar tool, I think VERB's new offering is so much more.

I think VERB is doing something groundbreaking and creating a new category of software on their own that really doesn't exist today that I know of.

We can call it a webinar tool for the moment, but I bet some better name will come shortly

When this gets released, I think institutions and other investors are going to be all over this.
