Hoops, I am of the mindset that there is nothing different for Joe working on the NGIO spin, S-1, etc while he is in China, other than exhausting travel and a full schedule (which is probably not really that different).

Joe’s team will be working on all of these open items, and Joe will be doing anything and everything he can to keep the wheels turning.
