Fumbled is an understatement. I just heard on the news that over the same amount of time China tested a million people versus the United States testing 500.
If they test here as widely as they should be, we’ll see the numbers of infected explode exponentially. Truthfully, I don’t think the administration wants wide testing bc the numbers will reflect badly on their handling of the outbreak.
