"Emergency Motion For Temporary Restraining Order & Preliminary Injunction" Pre-Trial was was dismissed by the Plaintiffs today. It was dismissed without prejudice which means if some other time in the future the Plaintiffs will not be barred from pursuing this again however, if you check the documents you will see "NO" ADR utilized. In other words there was no litigation, mediation or agreement so it does appear for now that the plaintiffs just wanted this case dismissed short of actually going to any trial. I believe that was the best decision for all that are concerned simply because HDC fully knows they can not back away from SEC filings this Month and of course the up coming Shareholder meeting in June. So it looks like it cost money by both sides as I'm sure that was at least dealt with however, all this might not be clear until we see some sort of 8-K filing shortly which may boost the share price, short term.
