Question: does gnbt have a shelf registration so they can do a stock offering at any time? or to do this do they need to file an s-1?

I have seen so many other companies see their stock move up a couple of points (like gnpx) and the next minute they are selling stock through a shelf offering to raise funds.

This would be great to do if the price of the stock moved up significantly, so that we would not have to borrow funds.
